Attending memberships are transferable until either September 1, 2017, or when 850 memberships are sold, whichever comes first. The original purchaser must submit a letter or email in order to request a transfer. The transfer information must be from the owner of the membership and must include the name and all contact information for the person to whom they wish to transfer the membership. The transfer request must be “signed” in some way by the current member(s), either with a wet ink, scanned or electronic signature.
After September 1 (or when 850 memberships have been sold), the convention, at its discretion, may refund memberships at their purchase price. Any such refunded memberships will be applied to the wait list.
